this 6 
week mind, body & spirit program 
is designed to kick stress to the curb and allow you to take back your life.
Through exercise, nutrition and the development of healthy, daily self-care
you will improve your stamina, balance, strength and agility.  
You will leave the program with a solid understanding of your specific nutritional considerations
and be armed with a solid arsenal of behavioral techniques to keep you on a healthy path,
long after the program is over. 


Designed to be safe and effective for pre- and postnatal clients, diabetics and those struggling with weight management.

​Week 1
Stress Test and Personal Evaluation
Identify your stress triggers and areas of your life that need attention.
Get clear on your motivations for taking this journey.
Training and Nutrition
Level 1 Workout focuses on developing the core and balance as well as mastering the five basic moves that ensure a safe and effective workout.  Nutritional component focuses on incorporating foods proven to alleviate stress and keep the body balanced. 
 
Week 2
Time Savers and Productivity Boosters
Maximize your time. 
You will learn essential time management skills and techniques that will make you
more efficient, productive and happy.
Training and Nutrition
We will continue with Level 1 workouts.  Our nutritional component will focus on removing or limiting foods that are proven to provoke stress responses in the body.
 
Week 3
Boundaries and Priorities
Identify your priorities and where you need to set boundaries. 
Getting real with yourself leads to long-term progress.  You are worth it and your well-being is a priority.
Training and Nutrition
We will begin Level 2 workouts this week, which will increase the challenge to the body in a safe and effective manner.  Our nutritional focus this week is on identifying triggers and negative kitchen habits that effect overall health and stress levels.
 
Week 4
Breathing and Mindfulness
Research has proven the benefits of mindfulness. 
You will learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to incorporate into your daily life
as well as methods you can turn to in high stress situations.
Training and Nutrition
Training this week will focus on recovery and regeneration of the body's systems.  This fits perfectly with the weeks focus on breathing and mindfulness.  We will carry this same focus into nutrition, as we work on developing mindful eating habits. 
 
Week 5
Overcoming Obstacles and Setbacks
Obstacles and challenges are inevitable. 
We will develop contingency plans and coping techniques that allow you to weather any storm
and limit negative stressors in your life.
Training and Nutrition
We will move to Level 3 workouts this week.  Our nutritional focus will be on a re-evaluation of goals and analysis of progress made towards goals, identifying what is working and what is not.
 
Week 6
Forward Momentum & Leaving the Comfort Zone
In our final week together we design an action plan to maintain your forward momentum. 
You will be challenged to step outside of your comfort zone and grow.
You now have the skills, knowledge and framework to handle any stressors that life throws your way.
​Training and Nutrition
We will move to Level 4 workouts this week.  Nutritionally, we will identify goals for moving forward and develop an action plan to help you get there.

Optional Accountability Package
Many people find that the weekly sessions hold them accountable and improve results. 
This add-on is for the person who would like that additional support at the conclusion of the program,
as they move forward 
toward their long term goal. 
 
Week 10: Email Accountability Session
An email session consists of three emails total: 
1) one from me to you asking a few pointed questions, 2) your response and 3)my feedback
