Designed for 2 or more people. This is a great option for couples, families, bridal parties, or small groups of friends. It allows each individual to get a great workout and individualized attention, while saving money. Many also benefit from the camaraderie and morale that develop in a group format.

Total Body Transformation
An intense 8 week Training package. Not for the faint of heart, this option is designed for the serious individual looking to make a major physical transformation. This package requires 2 personal training sessions per week for 8 weeks, as well as a commitment to complete two additional workouts on your own during the course of the week.

This is a unique combination of online and in-person training, designed for the budget-conscious client who is still looking for an individualized workout and some one-on-one attention.

Accountability Group
This is an excellent option for the individual that knows how to eat right and is already exercising regularly. Clients bring together 4 or more of their friends, family or colleagues to join an online accountability group. As your wellness coach, I provide daily challenges, advice, support, and motivation to help you stay on track and moving towards your goal. The group dynamic provides a network of support while still allowing for individualized attention. A portion of the money is set aside as a "prize" for the participant with the greatest progress towards their goal at the end of the month.
